Ideally, you'll have a profit and loss statement (income statement) and a balance sheet to provide. But we realize many micro business owners do their own bookkeeping and may not have these. So, bank or credit card statements, receipts, and an expense totals sheet (we can email you one) will be helpful. You'll also need a government issued ID, your entity's EIN number, prior year's tax return if available, and any tax forms, such as 1099's that your entity received.

You name it, we've probably done it! Some examples of clients we've served are photographers, life coaches, personal trainers, Amazon sellers, dog walkers, private tutors, handyman or repair businesses, subscription services, cleaning services, craftsmen, Etsy or online shop owners, ridesharing services, rental properties, legal document prep, content creators, the list goes on.... We're always amazed at the creativity and ideas these folks have!
Please try to provide us a complete upload as early in the season as you can, January or February, if possible, for a 2-3 day turnaround time. These business entity returns are due each year on March 15th, so, if you call during early March, it may take longer. However, we are happy to file an extension for you, free of charge, if your documents are incomplete, you need more time, or it is very close to the filing deadline. This way, you do not incur IRS penalties, and we have an additional 6 months to get your return completed.
